The 3Shape TRIOS intraoral scanner uses a wireless, hand-held tool to take impressions of your teeth and gums. The accuracy of these images allows for beautiful restorations and ensures orthodontic treatment directly aligns with your individual needs. This scanner also uses artificial intelligence (AI) to make the scanning process quicker and more accurate.

i-CAT™ cone-beam computed tomography

The iCAT CBCT system by KaVo Dental Excellence uses 3D digital X-rays to produce a cone-shaped image of your teeth, mouth, and gums. The unique shape of these images provides the team at Torok Orthodontics with greater insights than non-3D digital X-rays. It’s especially beneficial in the placement of dental restorations such as implants but can also diagnose common oral health problems like temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorder, gum disease, and tooth decay.
